Canyon Meadow is a Tranquil Mountainside Community Located
at the Base of the Wasatch Mountains in Provo, Utah

Our community is home to students, young professionals, families, retirees, and even some deer. All are welcome, and once you come, you may never want to leave.

Community Amenities

Canyon Meadow residents enjoy the convenience of on-site gym facilities, a clubhouse, and a recreational pool (OPEN). A park sits at the heart of the community, complete with a playground, basketball hoop, and a large grass area for recreation. A dog park and convenience store are also within walking distance of the community.

Clubhouse Scheduling

All residents are welcome to schedule the community clubhouse for events they will be hosting. The clubhouse is equipped with a kitchen, gathering space, large television with media hookups, tables and folding chairs, wifi, and restroom facilities. Fill out the request form here.

Water line break? Low-hanging tree limb? Need to pay your HOA dues? Please contact our property management company - Advantage Management - at (801) 235-7368.

COMMUNITY PARKING

Please be courteous of the parking spaces available for general community use. All garage spaces should be utilized before parking vehicles in community spots. Vehicles that do not move for more than 2 weeks will be towed. All vehicles parked in the community must also have current registration tags or they will be cited.

The New and Improved Pool

Our pool has been freshly plastered just in time for summer. Please treat the new plaster with care by keeping pool furniture on the deck area only.

HOA MEETINGS

The HOA meets the first Tuesday of every month at 6:30 pm in the clubhouse meeting room. Meetings are open to residents, and concerned community members are encouraged to have their voices heard at these meetings. You can also email concerns to the HOA board by filling out the contact form.
